I invite your child to add their own story to these pages.
We may be approaching the light at the end of the tunnel in the pandemic, but we can’t pretend the past 15 months didn’t happen. To do so would hurt our children’s mental health.
This workbook is a tool for you to help your child express their feelings, process them, and prepare to move forward.
